Our Service Plans

We currently offer two service plans for our customers. It is possible to make adjustments to these plans to fit your exact needs.

Full Management:  Our Full Management service includes attendance at meetings, collecting monthly fees, handling your accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly financial reports, preparation of budgets and mailouts, and a monthly drive through inspection.

Financial Plus:  Our Financial Plus service includes us handling receivables, payables, mailouts, preparation of budgets, and monthly inspections are optional.
