The central role of Coastal HOA Management Services is to relieve the Board of Directors from the day-to-day management of their Association and community. We work with the Board to help it maintain the values of the community by implementing Board policies.

Our management company maintains the association records, including correspondence, and Board Minutes. We prepare all Board communications to homeowners, solicit bids and negotiate contracts on behalf of the Board. We also provide accurate financial reporting.
